Refund and Exchanges Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 14 days from the date of arrival of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.

Special Orders (such as items with engraving and special ring sizes, custom chain measurements, and custom pendants) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee regardless of the item’s condition.

Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by the recipient will be subject to a $29.95 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.

If the delivered item has any defects, please get in touch with us. We will accordingly arrange the return of the product, so we can fix it for you and ship it back.

RETURN PROCESS

The Geordi’s Jewelry Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed.

DO NOT SEND BACK ANY ORDERS WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) FROM US.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact Geordi’s Jewelry or call (786) 250-2408. You have 24 hours to cancel from the time the order was placed. After that:

• There is a 20% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Custom-Order items.

• There is a 6% restocking fee for regular orders.

How to return an item

Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER:

Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions.

2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail.

The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with.

Please note: For security purposes, do not write Geordi’s Jewelry or the contents of the package (such as jewelry, diamonds, gold, or any other related items) on the outside of the box.

Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
